The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed offering a stunning sea view. The living room provides an additional sleeping area: a sofa bed converts into a second full-size double bed, and a single folding bed is available for an extra guest. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen – tableware, pots and pans, an induction hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker, and a moka pot. The bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washbasin ensures everyday comfort, and the availability of a washing machine makes your stay even more convenient. The apartment is completed by a spacious balcony with a small table and four chairs – the perfect spot to enjoy the view over a morning coffee and savour breakfast in a truly special atmosphere. Both the bedroom and the living area are air-conditioned (serving as heating during winter).

To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, the host has taken care of every detail. You will find coffee capsules and moka pot coffee, shower gel, shampoo and fresh towels, as well as laundry capsules and washing-up liquid.

Both rooms are equipped with TVs, and WiFi access makes the apartment equally suitable as a leisure base or a remote working space.

Families with young children are very welcome – a cot with bedding and a potty are available.

For family evenings, we recommend the board games waiting on the shelf.

A real highlight is the Saturday market held weekly just outside the street where the apartment is located. You will find fresh vegetables and fruit, local produce, and clothing stalls – in short, an authentic Italian atmosphere.

The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has a lift, so getting in with luggage is no trouble at all.

The property features a public swimming pool, open in season, and a tennis court – both available for an additional fee. Guests arriving by car can use the parking area behind a remote-controlled gate.

The apartment is situated on the quiet outskirts of Giardini-Naxos, away from the evening buzz. It is the ideal place for those seeking genuine rest: peace and quiet, fresh air, and no parking worries guarantee complete relaxation.

That said, you are far from cut off from the world. A large supermarket, a bus stop with connections in many directions, and numerous restaurants are all within a 15-minute walk. For the particularly hungry, a nearby pizzeria is just a 5-minute stroll away. In season, beach bars serve snacks, lunch dishes, drinks and ice cream – all with a sea view.

The apartment is an excellent base for exploring the most beautiful corners of Sicily. Within a short drive or bus ride you will find: picturesque Taormina, charming Castelmola, historic Savoca (known to fans of The Godfather), vibrant Catania, the breathtaking Alcantara Gorge, and the queen of Sicilian attractions – Mount Etna.

For those who want to experience the volcano up close or see Taormina from a bird's-eye view, a helipad near the apartment offers flights over Etna and along the coastline.

Giardini-Naxos is one of the oldest Greek settlements in Sicily – the town itself, its promenade and beaches are worth exploring on your own before setting off on further adventures.
